Both current and former Indianapolis Colts players are reportedly unhappy with the team’s current state. Days after Colts defensive back Kenny Moore criticized the team for lacking effort and urgency, ESPN analyst Pat McAfee shared his own critical take on the Colts’ struggling season.

McAfee, who had previously been one of Anthony Richardson’s biggest critics after the quarterback exited a drive during the Colts’ Oct. 27 loss to the Houston Texans, recently issued an apology. In a recent episode of his show, McAfee expressed regret for his harsh comments and questioned whether Richardson had been properly guided in his role.

“AR, I apologize for being so vocal about you tapping out,” McAfee said. “It’s not ideal for the team, but now I’m wondering if anyone has actually told AR how he’s supposed to conduct himself… He seems to lack guidance in that building.”

McAfee further criticized the Colts’ culture and called for major changes. “Get ‘em all and get the f— out. Pay off all their contracts, too. Congrats, you robbed us. You stole from us,” McAfee remarked, pointing out how this team environment led to the No. 4 overall draft pick and a revolving door of quarterbacks, leaving players with a disheartening NFL experience.

The Colts, who now sit at 4-6, recently suffered a tough 30-20 loss to the Buffalo Bills, in which Joe Flacco threw three interceptions in his second game as starter. Head coach Shane Steichen confirmed that Flacco is expected to remain the starting quarterback for the rest of the season.
