The Las Vegas Raiders are enduring another challenging season, with a 2-5 record through their first seven games—far from what the front office had envisioned after their strong finish to 2023.
They’ve already moved on from Davante Adams, and while rumors about Maxx Crosby persist, the team remains firm on not trading him.
Meanwhile, a top-tier quarterback is reportedly eyeing a potential partnership with the Raiders.
Elite QB Shows Interest In Playing For Las Vegas
There’s a saying that “where there’s smoke, there’s fire,” and in the case of Colorado star quarterback Shedeur Sanders potentially joining the Raiders in next year’s NFL Draft, the rumors have grown into something of a wildfire.

Recently, Sanders discussed the Raiders’ addition of Tom Brady as a part-owner during an episode of his podcast “2Legendary.” After leading his team to a 5-2 record following a win over Arizona, Sanders voiced his support for the move, giving Raiders fans a glimmer of hope during an otherwise bleak season, particularly at quarterback.
“I think it was a great decision,” Sanders said of Brady’s ownership move (at 20:07). “He did everything he could on the field, so now he’s exploring different ventures off it.”
Then, with a smile, Sanders hinted at what Raiders fans have been longing to hear: “They said he is looking for a quarterback, so … we’ll see.”
It raises the intriguing possibility of Sanders wearing a Raiders jersey in the future.
