MultiChoice Nigeria Ltd and MultiChoice South Africa have set up interactive audience polling to allow Big Brother Titans viewers to vote for their favorite housemate to win the Big Brother Titans competition. The voting system was designed to stimulate viewer participation and give them a role in the show’s results.

NOTE: The MyDStv/MyGOtv App, Mobile Site, and Website are the only ways to vote for Big Brother Titans Season 1 Housemates and save them from possible eviction.
There are some options that don’t apply to all subscribers, and registration is required, so keep reading to find out what you need to know.
The voting opens every Monday night after the nomination show at 8 pm (9 pm CAT) and closes on Thursdays at 9 pm (10 pm CAT).

Before we show you how to Vote for your Favorite housemates, let’s just briefly tell you everything you may need to know about Big Brother Titan Season 1.
Voting Requirements
- Subscribers with a single mobile number that might be linked to multiple smartcard numbers will be given the highest available voting token based on their available package information i.e. if the subscriber has both Compact and Premium packages, the highest package available is Premium, therefore the customer will be given the Premium voting token.
- Subscribers with multiple smartcards or subscriptions who wish to vote using all available smartcards must register each smartcard number on the voting system separately with a unique mobile number, which can be verified via OTP.
- Voting via the website and the mobile site will be available on dstv.com/bigbrothertitans and data costs of the Internet Service Provider will apply.
- To vote via the website and the mobile site, you will need to register with your name, surname, email, year of birth, gender, location, and cell phone number via a One Time Pin (OTP) and choose a password for your user profile.
- Registered user profiles may log in and vote ONLY with up to 10 devices. Each user may access ONLY up to 10 verified profiles per device. Further details in respect of how to register can be found on com/bigbrothertitans when a voting period is live.
- To vote via the MyDStv and MyGOtv app, you will need to download the app from Google Play or the Apple store. Voting on the MyDStv and MyGOtv apps is open to active DStv subscribers within selected countries with eligible packages only (refer to the voting platforms and number section).

Voting is limited per voting period and voting platform as follows:
- Mobile Site – 100 votes per person on this platform
- Website – 100 votes per person on this platform
How to Vote on MyDStv and MyGOtv app
- Votes per person are allocated based on your eligible package on this platform (For active MyDStv and MyGOtv subscribers in selected countries with eligible packages only).
- My DStv & My GOtv App Game – maximum of 200 votes based on questions answered correctly in each game.
- Games Play Outline: customers can play 1 game during an active vote round which will unlock additional votes based on the gameplay. The game unlocks a maximum of 200 votes per game based on correct answers during the game – a maximum of 10 questions with a value of 20 votes per question which equals a maximum of 200 votes. Should the customer get all questions wrong no votes will be awarded. Votes can be redeemed immediately after playing the game or at another time of the customer’s choosing. Games are valid for the active vote round only and do not carry over to the next vote round.

Website and mobile registration
Before being allowed to vote via the web or mobile, you will need to register with your full name, year of birth, gender, location, and mobile number. You can register before voting is open or during a voting round.
To register:
- Visit dstv.com/bigbrothertitans
- Click on the “Vote” menu item
- Click on “Register” enter your details in the relevant fields, and choose a password
- You will receive a One Time Pin (OTP) via SMS
- Enter the OTP where prompted.
- Website and mobile voting
Once registration is complete, you will be able to vote during open voting periods. To do this:
- Visit dstv.com/bigbrothertitans
- Click on the “vote” menu item
- Click on “Sign in” and enter your mobile number
- Enter your chosen password
- Select a housemate
- Enter the number of votes you wish to give that housemate and cast your vote by clicking “vote”.
Website and mobile voting are limited to 100 votes per user. You may assign those votes however you wish. You can give them all to one housemate, or you can share them out to multiple housemates. It’s your call. That’s why they’re called “your votes”.
Voting on the website and on mobile is free, but you will need to pay for any data you consume while voting.
Voting with the MyDStv or the GOtv apps
Voting with either the MyDStv or GOtv apps is available to active subscribers with eligible packages in selected countries only. South Africans can only use the MyDStv app, while subscribers in the countries above can use either app depending on their subscription:
Registering on the MyDStv or MyGOtv apps
- Download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
- Log into the app using your surname or mobile number and your customer number
- Once logged in, look for the “Big Brother Titans” card
- Click on the “Vote Now” button
- Enter your full name, year of birth, gender, location, and mobile number, and choose a password
- You will receive a One Time Pin (OTP) via SMS
- Enter the OTP when prompted
Voting on the MyDStv or MyGOtv apps
Once registered, you will be allowed to vote during open voting periods. To do this:
- Log into the app
- Select the “Big Brother Titans” card
- Confirm your customer number and mobile number
- Enter your chosen password
- Select your favorite housemate
- Enter the number of votes you would like to give that housemate and submit by clicking “vote”.
Once again, you may allocate your vote to one or multiple housemates. That’s entirely up to you, you strategic thinker.

On the mobile site, website, MyDStv/MyGOtv app platforms, each participant may only vote from up to a maximum of ten verified profiles per device.
Votes that are identified as receiving in excess of ten verified profiles per device will be disqualified.
Voting Schedule
Voting will start after the nomination show on Monday at 20:00 (WAT)/21:00(CAT) and closes on Thursday at 21:00 (WAT) / 22:00 (CAT) except for the pre-finale which will close on a Friday. The voting period for the series is set out below:
