Good News: Alabama Men’s Golf Secures No. 3 Seed in NCAA Reno Regional

The 15th-ranked Alabama men’s golf team has secured the No. 3 seed in the 14-team field at the Reno Regional, part of the 2025 NCAA Men’s Golf Championships. The Crimson Tide will compete at Montreux Golf and Country Club in Reno, Nevada, from May 12-14.

Alabama is among 81 teams invited to this year’s NCAA tournament. Head coach Jay Seawell expressed enthusiasm in a press release: “We’re excited to head to Reno and get to work. Our guys are eager for the challenge and the opportunity. Being the No. 3 seed is a great position, but with so many strong teams in the field, we know it will be a tough test. We’re ready to prepare and embrace it.”

This marks Alabama’s 27th NCAA regional appearance overall and the 19th under Seawell’s leadership.
