The Las Vegas Raiders have signed free-agent wide receiver, the team announced Tuesday.
Philips spent the 2024 season on the Philadelphia Eagles’ practice squad. Originally selected by the Tennessee Titans in the fifth round (163rd overall) of the 2022 NFL Draft, he played two seasons (2022-23) in Tennessee, recording 23 receptions for 259 yards (11.3 yards per catch).
A native of San Marcos, Calif., Philips played four seasons at UCLA, where he appeared in 34 games (23 starts), tallying 163 receptions for 1,821 yards and 17 touchdowns.
He also contributed as a punt returner, recording 25 returns for 496 yards (19.8 avg.) and two touchdowns.
