The Colts have brought in a standout player from the UFL to bolster their interior offensive line, which is currently dealing with some injuries.

Multiple sources report that the Indianapolis Colts are signing former UFL St. Louis Battlehawks interior offensive lineman Mike Panasiuk.

According to United Football Media, Panasiuk started 10 games this season at center for the Battlehawks, earning All-UFL honors. He was previously an All-Big Ten defensive lineman for the Michigan State Spartans and had a brief NFL stint with the Carolina Panthers.

Panasiuk reportedly had a workout with the Denver Broncos earlier this week.

The Colts are dealing with some injuries among their interior offensive linemen, including rookie Tanor Bortolini and Josh Sills, following Saturday’s win. As a result, Panasiuk could be a late addition to provide depth during their final joint training camp practices and preseason game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
