The Bengals have re-signed defensive end Cam Sample, an unrestricted free agent, to a one-year contract through the 2025 season.

A fifth-year player, Sample was originally selected by Cincinnati in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. He has appeared in 47 regular-season games, including three starts, and has registered 68 tackles, six tackles for loss, five sacks, and one pass deflection. He missed the entire 2024 season while on the Reserve/Injured list due to an Achilles injury.

In the postseason, Sample has played in six games for the Bengals, contributing seven tackles, one sack, and one pass deflection.
