Brandon Arrington recently wrapped up what he described to Touchdown Alabama as a “great” official visit to the University of Alabama.

Following the visit, the five-star 2026 defensive back hinted at a recruiting update on Monday with a post on X that read:
“Big news coming soon.”

Arrington, one of Alabama’s top defensive back targets, plays for Mount Miguel High School in California. He is currently considering Alabama, Oregon, Penn State, Texas A&M, Washington, and USC.

Standing at 6-foot-3 and weighing 180 pounds, Arrington is a true speedster. He’s a standout on the track with a personal best of 10.21 seconds in the 100-meter dash and a reported 4.32-second 40-yard dash. That elite speed translates seamlessly to the football field, where he’s a dynamic playmaker who can burn past defenders with ease.
