The Minnesota Vikings already boast one of the league’s top wide receiver duos, but that hasn’t stopped them from exploring ways to further enhance their offensive firepower.
On Friday morning, NFL insider Adam Schefter reported that former Cardinals and Falcons wide receiver Rondale Moore is visiting with the Vikings.

A second-round pick by Arizona in 2021, Moore starred at Purdue, earning consensus All-American honors and Big Ten WR of the Year in 2018. However, injuries derailed his college career, as a hamstring issue limited him to just four games over the next two seasons.
Despite those setbacks, Moore’s raw talent made him an early day-two selection. As a rookie, he played in 14 games, starting seven, and posted a career-high 435 receiving yards with one touchdown, plus 76 rushing yards. In 2022, he missed nine games due to injury but started all eight contests he played in. His final season with Arizona saw him play all 17 games, starting eight, and finishing with 352 yards and one touchdown on 40 receptions.

Ahead of the 2024 season, Moore was traded to Atlanta in exchange for quarterback Desmond Ridder. Unfortunately, his time with the Falcons ended before it began, as he suffered a season-ending injury during training camp in early August.
If healthy, Moore could be a valuable gadget player for Minnesota and a potential replacement for Brandon Powell in the Vikings’ offense.
