Las Vegas Raiders defensive lineman Tyler Manoa, who kicked off the NRL season by sounding the Viking horn, was removed from Allegiant Stadium on Saturday night following an incident in a stadium restroom.

NRL sources confirmed that Manoa, invited as a special guest to blow the Canberra Raiders’ Viking horn before their match against the New Zealand Warriors, was escorted out due to alleged misconduct in the corporate area.

The 25-year-old, who joined the Raiders’ practice squad last season after playing college football at UCLA and Utah, is accused of damaging property in the restrooms, leading to his removal from the venue.

Earlier in the evening, Manoa took center stage at Allegiant Stadium, signaling the start of the Raiders’ signature Viking clap as the players took the field. He was expected to visit Canberra’s locker room after their victory over the Warriors but never appeared.

Originally, UFC president Dana White was offered the honor of blowing the horn but was unable to attend.

Allegiant Stadium officials declined to comment, while the NRL acknowledged awareness of the incident but stated that no investigation would take place, as it falls outside their jurisdiction.
