DONE DEAL: Seahawks land veteran Saints fullback

The Seattle Seahawks might not be done making roster moves ahead of next Thursday’s NFL Draft.

Fullback Adam Prentice, who most recently played for the New Orleans Saints, visited the Seahawks this week and could be in line to fill that role in Seattle. The connection makes sense—Seahawks offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak was part of the Saints’ coaching staff last season.

Prentice entered the league as an undrafted free agent from South Carolina in 2021, initially signing with the Denver Broncos. After being waived, he was picked up by New Orleans. While he’s not the next Kyle Juszczyk, his production includes nine rushing attempts for 26 yards and eight receptions for 37 yards over 48 career games.

The 2024 season was a turning point for Prentice, as he remained on the active roster all year, appearing in all 17 games and logging a career-high 272 offensive snaps. Out of his 627 total offensive snaps, 464 have been in a blocking role. He’s also contributed significantly on special teams, with 575 snaps in that phase of the game.
