
A former fan favorite is making his way back to the Arizona Cardinals. Team officials announced Tuesday that six-time Pro Bowl defensive lineman, He is returning to the Valley.
Originally drafted by Arizona in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft out of Miami, Campbell spent nine seasons with the Cardinals before playing for the Jaguars, Ravens, Falcons, and Dolphins over the past eight years.
At 38, Campbell started all 17 games for Miami last season, recording 52 tackles, five sacks, and one forced fumble.

He is signing a one-year contract with Arizona worth $5.5 million, potentially reaching $7.5 million with incentives.
Standing 6-foot-8 and weighing 305 pounds, Campbell was a rookie when the Cardinals made their Super Bowl run in 2009. In 138 games with Arizona, he amassed 56.5 sacks, 42 pass deflections, and eight forced fumbles, ranking third in franchise history in sacks behind Chandler Jones (71.5) and Freddie Joe Nunn (66.5).
During his final three seasons with the Cardinals, he earned three consecutive Pro Bowl selections and was twice named second-team All-Pro.
